TERMS & CONDITIONS
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The Steading at Nabny will be available to the Hirer from 4pm on arrival day until 10am on departure day. Start days are Fridays and Mondays, but we are very flexible, please call if you want to check dates.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
A deposit of £100 per week is payable at the time of booking. The final balance must be paid six weeks before the start of the holiday. For holidays booked less than six weeks in advance of the start date, the full price is payable at the time of booking. For avoidance of doubt, it would help both parties if availability could be checked by telephone.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
On receipt of deposit, confirmation of booking will be issued and the Hirer will be responsible for the price of the holiday as shown on the confirmation.
CANCELLATION
Once the booking deposit is paid you have committed to the agreed booking period, if for any reason you then need or wish to cancel your holiday, we give notice that the deposit (and any further full payment) is non refundable, however at our discression we can retain the payment should you wish to re-arrange your dates for a different time. We strongly reccommend you take out a holiday cancellation insurance if you wish to avoid financial loss.
PARTY SIZE
Unless prior consent to the contrary is given, the number of people occupying the Steading at Nabny will not exceed 4.
NO PETS
Steading at Nabny is set in farmland and we have decided not to accept dogs at our holiday cottage.
NO SMOKING
Steading at Nabny is striclty no-smoking
HIRER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
The hirer will be responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. The property including equipment and utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday period. All damage and breakage will be the liability of the hirer. |
