Campbell and Sheila Blair welcome you to Nabny. The Steading at Nabny is a newly renovated small barn in the five acre grounds of our home. It is situated in beautiful, tranquil, unspoilt countryside with a feeling of remoteness but only ten minutes drive from Kirkcudbright 'the artists town'. The barn has been developed to exacting standards and equipped and furnished with excellent taste and a desire to create a most attractive and comfortable haven.
Light the woodburning stove, draw the thick full length curtains and settle on the deep fabric sofas for a cosy and romantic evening. The bedrooms welcome you with soft pure egyptian cotton linen and in the bathrooms the towels are enormous, thick and fluffy. The White Company Toiletries await your use in our superb wet rooms. Sink into the deep freestanding tub and lie and look up at the stars through the window above. Breakfast on the terrace. Explore the garden and hear the buzzards overhead. Soak up the amazing views. The country cream Shaker kitchen is thoughtully equipped to provide everything you might need. However you could call on Sheila to provide your evening meal to enjoy by candlelight at the pine dining table.
